After hearing many positive reviews, I decided to go with bend straight studios. I’ve been having back/shoulder pain for many years and Deric was able to provide me with proper stretching techniques and recovery advice. He was extremely polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. If you are looking for proper wellness and recovery therapy, I highly suggest you check them out!

First time getting body work and Deric was a huge help. Very knowledgeable on how to prevent tightness in specific areas and showed me specific dynamic stretches to do prior to working out. Overall an amazing experience

Will helped me out when I was feeling stiffness in my upper and mid back. After assessing my movement, he used a combination of massage, cupping and stretching. They are now definitely my go to service for when I need some extra TLC!

I have been working with William for the last few weeks after tearing my pec. I looked at many PT and rehab options and more often than not, they were either too expensive or incompetent. After getting referred here by a friend, I knew that this is where I could get proper treatment. William was able to diagnose me and create a treatment plan that we have been following each session. His expertise with injury rehab and knowledge of anatomy made me feel much more positive about being able to fully recover. I am feeling like I am on the right path to recovery, thanks to the team at Bend Straight Studios. If you have nagging pains, injuries, tightness, etc.. you will want to work with these guys. Highly recommend William and Deric for all your needs.

I came to Bend Straight with some issues caused by bad habits from working a sedentary job and poor form from the gym. Deric was great at hitting my pain points to assist in rehabbing those symptoms of pain, stiffness and instability. I will definitely be back.
